Arthur Holt, James and
Caroline McMillan formed a company and took over the Basin Yacht
Stores from the Norton framily. The group finally parted with
Arthur Holt continueing to operate the yard at a much lower level
on his own under the name of Arthur Holt Wooden Boats. |
